This activity helps you explore how fear, uncertainty, and discomfort show up in your work — and how acceptance can transform those moments into focus and action. The goal isn’t to remove fear but to understand it. When you can recognise what fear feels like, name it, and move with it instead of against it, you build confidence and composure under pressure. These questions are designed to help you identify where fear lives in your performance and how acceptance can become your bridge to purposeful action.
