Module 2 – Activity 1
This activity helps you build on the awareness skills from Module 1 and prepares you for the TFA (Thoughts–Feelings–Actions) model explored later in the program. It’s designed to sharpen your understanding of the patterns that shape your performance — so you can recognise them sooner and reset faster. The goal isn’t to judge those shifts, but to notice them. By mapping what your best and less-than-best performance moments look like, you start developing the awareness and cognitive flexibility to move intentionally between the two.
