Module 1 – Activity 1

This activity is about sharpening your awareness — the foundation of every other skill in this program. Before you can regulate attention or refocus under pressure, you first need to notice where your attention is going and what’s influencing it. These questions are designed to help you tune into your patterns: what pulls your focus, what grounds it, and how your internal state interacts with the demands of your environment. The more familiar you become with how your attention behaves — especially under pressure — the more control you gain over your performance. Awareness is the first step toward intentional action.
