READY. SET. RAISE.

We are Raise Health

Raise Health trains the human side of clinical performance — the internal skills that sit beneath clearer thinking, steadier communication, and more reliable action under pressure.

Who we are

Healthcare performance training for cliniciansunder pressure

Raise Health helps clinicians train the skills that sit beneath reliable performance — awareness, attention, self-regulation, decision-making, communication, and recoverability.

What we focus on

The internal skills that sit beneath reliable performance — the areas we train.

Awareness Notice early shifts before performance drifts.
Attention Direct focus deliberately when load rises.
Self-regulation Steady your internal state in real time.
Decision-making Choose deliberately when it counts most.
Communication Stay clear and steady under pressure.
Recoverability Reset, return to action, and go again.
The goal

Help clinicians access what they already know — the moment pressure rises.

We call the people who train it Healthletes.

The founder

Built by a clinician,
for clinicians.

Raise Health was founded by Alex Sordillo — a Nurse Consultant, Emergency Clinician, and Performance Coach. With 15+ years in emergency care and hospital operational leadership, Alex understands clinical pressure from the inside.

His work translates high-performance principles, modern mindfulness, and applied neuroscience into practical tools for real healthcare environments.

What we do

We train the human side of clinical performance.

Recognise drift, regulate in real time, and return to deliberate action — while pressure is still present. Built to be used in motion, on real shifts, not away from the work.

Why it matters

Knowing what to do isn't the same as doing it under pressure.

As pressure builds, attention narrows and decisions turn reactive. The knowledge is already there — we train the access to it, so capability holds when it counts most.

What it means for you

Steadier shifts. More reliable performance.

You recognise pressure earlier, notice drift sooner, and return to steadier action with intention. Not perfect performance — more consistent performance, shift after shift.
